Just suppose
you did something illegal, and the FBI knew and acknowledged that you did something illegal, how long do you think you'd be walking around free?

“Right,” Wray replied.
If an action is illegal, doesn't that mean someone must have done that illegal action? And Wray plans on just letting that slide?
