Per capita expenditures went up around 70% under Bush, approx. 35% under Obama.

As I've said, I don't know what the minimum threshold for an informed citizenry is but a whole lotta people have fallen short of it.

Given the positive response of health insurance and pharma stocks to the Trump election I'm assuming you folks might as well bend over and grab your ankles again.
