Re: Looks like Canadians should worry about their own mess.
The article in the Canadian paper said "gangs caused the increase in homicides" I don`t know if these "gangs" are on the prairies but I guess they could be. Tell me Canuck, you have any of these in the high crime rate "prairies"? Not to get in the way of your beliefs or anything.

Re: Maybe this criminal organization
Was result of open immigration in the 19th century.
However, the specific does not confirm the general.
Oh, sorry. If you had any knowledge of logic, you wouldn't be a trump bum-boy

Because they don't want to go to Canada, 20. They have mistakenly believed, America was a wonderful place to work and raise a family. They got fooled didn't they?

Re: Looks like Canadians should worry about their own mess.
Not sure what the list of indigenous reserves or 'nations' ,as they like to be called now, does BA but if you go back to what I posted about lower homicide rates in Ontario compared to prairies and north you will see by this site in an easy to understand graph where the most homicides per capita happen are as I said higher in the prairies and the north.
You could check gun ownership and you will find it much higher in those regions than in Ontario too.
Funny how more guns goes with more deaths isn't it?
But I suppose some might conclude that guns are made to kill so that is what happens when you have more of them.
Do some research and I think the number is somewhere around 25% of Canadian homes have at least one gun.
I know Ontario is well under the Canadian average and the west and north are above. The number is 75% or above in the north and of course that is where the more deaths happen too as shown in the chart with the Yukon topping the rate with 7X the number per capita and then Quebec where the French speakers show lots of love with an even lower rate than Ontario outdone only by PEI with a 0 score per capita

Re: Looks like Canadians should worry about their own mess.
Canuck, Indian reservations have higher instances of substance abuse and violence and they are "on the prairie"...on the prairie isn`t just a Saskatchewan wheat farming family that owns a dozen guns. I`ll go out on a "just know" limb here and say that +99% Saskatchewan wheat farmers that own guns never commit a homicide.
Statistics are funny things, you can make whatever "beliefs" you want out of them. Like industrial fires, 100% of industrial fires the factory has fire extinguishers. Well to use your logic that "guns cause homicides", you could also draw the same conclusion that "fire extinguishers cause industrial fires".
When you say "25% of Canadians own at least one gun" well, that is those that admit it and answer the survey. I`ll go out on another safe limb here and say that drug dealers and other criminals don`t answer surveys and aren`t honest.

Keep believing BA but it will not change the facts.
