Re: Loser pilot who landed in the drink

There is nothing to stop the senate from doing the same if they’d been in the least bit curious. Maybe the witnesses would have honored a friendly subpoena?

The McGahn ruling really moots that specious argument.

They didn’t have to honor a subpoena and wouldn’t have.

Then we’d just be playing the lifetime Trump game- tying everything up in court forever.

According to records they actually had a guy who said he would testify but they withdrew that subpoena.

Had every right to call as many witnesses as the cared to.

Voted 51-49 to allow no further evidence.

Just sat around and hollered “hoax”

I think the wisdom of not providing Bolton a stop on his book tour is quite well confirmed.

Re: Loser pilot who landed in the drink

It was the House that with drew the subpoena. I'm not saying how it woulda, coulda, shoulda turned out. I'm just saying as the prosecutor the House should have done their job in stead of being in a hurry and wanting the Senate to do it.
