Milly, your guy Vanderputz

May try a run at the gov spot as an independent. Whatchya think?? Sure beats you having to vote for the RINO Bumstead, or worse yet, stay home.

If Vander Plaats walks away, he is a three time loser.  If runs as a independent candidate and Branstad wins, Vander Plaats gets to call himself a martyr for the cause.  If he runs and Culver wins, Vander Plaats supporters will say that the wrong guy won in June and will continue to inveigle their way into the Party apparatus.  Stay tuned Iowans; the messy political games have just begun."

The vote will have to be split a heck of alot more than 3 ways for Culver to stand a chance Smiley Happy. If it`s straight up against Terry, Chet  will be embarrassed.

Re: ARE YOU ALREADY MAKING EXCUSES?

Vanderplug couldn't even win the race for the nomination, Let alone the election. Lets just say that Craig has a bit of that irrational exuberence.

Re: ARE YOU ALREADY MAKING EXCUSES?

I heard that a LOT of dems (with really no one important on their ballot) switched over and voted for braindead, just to make sure the real Conservative didn't get the nomination.

Don, if you support Chester the Budget Molester..... that says a lot more about you, than the governor's race.

If Culver does get back in, it will only serve to piss off even more Iowans within 4 years than even now..... and make it easier to win the next time around with a real Conservative.  It will be interesting to see what develops in the next few weeks.....if Terry wants to pee on Conservatives and tell us it is raining....so be it..... it will be funny to see him lose his first election, and see Bob Vander Plaats and Company say, "We told ya so."
