The way I understand it is that he said the American "voters" were stupid and he was talking about the ACA. I never voted for it or against it. Did you?

Insurance rates were set this spring at 4.62 bu corn. I would assume they took in account the fact that prices could go up from there. Next year prices will be based on the new normal wich is much lower than a year ago.
