first, i was shocked this morning, in a little town (maybe 50 on a saturday night at a party) about 10 miles away, a man was
found dead, being handled as a homicide. I've know the fellow for quite a while. was a shock. He was in his 60's, was
kind of active in his younger days. I don't think he had anyone that disliked him that much. Kind of a spooky deal,
esp if you go by what some of the talk is, a rather grusom deal.......
is it time to wear our sidearms ?
The second murder, the markets, and local operations at the fert dealer. I have been slow this year, and so wanted
to have my stubble sprayed.....for years we used to use generic roundup with banvel.....today......oh no we will
not do that, it might kill someones beans 7 miles away........what ????????
oh you can't just use glyphos, it will not kill things off.......what ????????
they wanted over $20 an acre for just burn down !!!!!........you know that's almost 5 bu.....i told the snot nose kid,
oh so, it was a good harvest, we took in over 1,000,000 bu................i don't know where they found it tho
but what does that have to do with the cost of burn down....oh you have money, spend it ???????
we sure didn't have any of that good wheat, ours was bad to start with, then it got hot, and burned up in the
heads, shriveled.
i swear, they look at the farmer (owner) and the biggest,dumbest, cash cow there ever was.....he wanted to know
what acres i wanted, i just walked out and didn't say a word.....but i got even tho, after he said that, there was a couple
of guys there, i said, boy look at him, he rattled that amound off without even a hesitation, that's only 5 bu cost,
funny how the other worked for years, just a couple of years ago, you were pushing the exact same mix.....i guess
we must be hard up, maybe just tuna sandwichs at the next stock holders meeting ????
