Those assets, such as they may be, are tied up in NY proceedings. One of the downsides of being chartered as a non-profit.

I suppose they could start something new down there, from scratch. Although Texas, as tightly as it is controlled by it’s own plutocrats and public officials,  is a really tough State to get a non-profit going in.

The fastest way for you idiots to lose your guns is to use them in an insurrection, guaranteed.

  As it is today, a judge can ban anyone convicted of a crime like insurrection from ever possessing a firearm ever again.  Everyone who participated in the assault on the capital should be hunted down, convicted of assault, and lose their right to own guns.
