You actually got to experience the authoritarian power of government to compel without the necessity of earning a criminal record and going to prison.
I assume you're comparing the choice of whether to get vaccinated to the draft. It's a good comparison, in one you had no choice in the matter short of going to prison vs. the real possibility of getting killed, to the thirty minutes to get a shot and a range of very temporary symptoms for less than a day. One, getting drafted was a genuine sacrifice, getting vaccinated, not so much.
And the best part, you really do have the choice, so what's the problem?
