The problem became a BIG problem for one dead woman.

And why was the law passed if not because of a religions 'belief'?

If you do some looking around you will find reference to Irish women travelling to Britian for abortions.

Problem for the dead woman was she went to the hospital for immediate care and then could not get to a British hospital when she needed that type of care.

Like all cases he became a child when he was born.

Prior to birth they are called a fetus or an embryo at earlier stages.

Your nephew just did not go through all the stages of development in the womb that a normal birth would have happen.

Those who are against abortion have tried to change the definition of 'baby' or 'child' to include the fetus and even the embryo and other stages but the true meaning of child is after birth, not before birth.

Webster just explains the meaning of a word and it will probably say gospel refers to a religious text and I would add "where there is no proof of the fictional stories in it being true"

So I repeat a child is a person after they are born, prior to birth they are a fetus.
