Do I recall some hysteria when the House (which occasionally actually makes some attempts at governance) was considering a virtual quorum?

Not that any of this should surprise anybody.

Seemed to work out okay last night, so not sure why the sudden change.   Unless its just to rig it more than it already is.

Why not just do the virtual?

The next debate was going to be Town Hall style, with Trump slinking around the stage.   Remember his stalking of Hillary?   I suspect he wants America to see the size comparison between him and Biden - to Trump, size is strength.   Until you see him standing next to Putin like in the picture posted this morning.....Trump all slumped over looking old.   But Trump and his cult doesn’t see him like that - just another “fake news” picture....

Republicans can’t win an election, without lying or fear mongering.... or voter suppression.

Split the hour and a half up. Give them each 45 minutes of free expression time. Let them bring their own moderator or if they wish their own town hall contingent (live or virtual, candidate’s choice).

FEC isn’t going to hold a face to face without considerably more medical information than has been forthcoming up til now. Given.

Rapid test the day of.

You do know if Joe wins he has to come out of his basement right?   You can't hide in the basement and be president.

No - the way to be president in your view, is how Trump does it.   He get the virus, continues with what he wants to do, going even so far as to be late to the Presidential Debate, where he certifies that he is clean, and now we find out, that he wasn't.

Trump then goes on to infect most of his close staff, and who knows how many others, because the White House really doesn't want that information out.   He won't disclose even his own condition to those that need to know, because someone might "take the keys from him", which seems to be the consensus of many in the medical field should have been done.

Yeah - that's how you want a President infected with Covid to be.   Infect everyone else.   Only those that deserve to die, will....
