....in Louisiana, Mississippi, & Alabama, or will it actually force people to stay home (aka lockdown) and lower the disease pressure?
On one hand, things can't get much worse in Louisiana, in Jan, 21 they had a peak of 76,000 active cases, this past week they had 237,000. It's hard to know whether the evacuations & displacement vs. the forced shutdown will increase or decrease the infection rate.
