If the man cannot carry the state he is from, which half the population lives in the Chicago area and is very democratic, then what hope does he have carrying the nation. This state can vote in a democratic governor that only carried 3 of 102 counties. That is a hard hill for the republican "downstate" party to overcome.

Hey WCMO, do you you think that the Sarah Palin backed candidate, Sarah Steelman would`ve been a better choice?  I heard Adkin speak for the first time this morning on GMA, not at all impressive, but he`s still ahead of McCaskill, I of course hope he wins. I`ve said myself "vote for the lesser evil" in the case of Romney, he isn`t evil at all.  The left has no dirt on him, he gives to charity, has a great wife great sons and all that doesn`t happen by accident he has to also be a decent person.  The left pick on "taxes" because quite honestly there`s nothing else.  And if he releases more taxes, they`ll nit-pick it apart like, "Mr Romney that grease that you deducted in 2003, are you sure that was farm use?  and not used to grease the tie rods of Ann`s car?"  See, they would tear it apart day after day, probably put the taxes in commercials..."See! in 2009 Romney made $23,473,896 annnnd 14 cents!!!! He`s a riiiiiich guy!!! ...You don`t make that in you whoooole lifetime...Romney`s a riiiich guy!!!"  That`s all the crap we`d hear until the election nothing about +8% unemployment everyday of Obama`s presidency and $6 Trillion added to the national debt, gas prices doubled, wars and rumours of wars and no end in sight.  The only chance to repeal Obamacare is with Romney.  Obama will give us "meaningful gun control" as a lame-duck president.   Romney 2012!!  For God`s sake!!
