Sorry Jim, didn't see this thread going to delete mine.
3 1/2 years and it's the frrst time.
And if they are going to dig al the way into Mexican an dLatin American drug war policy they are going to have to supenoa Gonzalez, and Ashcroft and Reno and a bunch of other AGs, and Freeh and Casey (oops, he's dead) and a bunch of CIA and FBI Directors. And then scores or maybe hundreds of rogue unit commanders.
This was more than likely a very dumb calculation that somebody on the ground made and had cleared up top somewhere along the line. Handling it needs to be undertaken internally at the Justice department, and those hack's led by Issa actually have no use for the information and it very likely only becomes that more dangerous in their hands.
Keepiong it away from people with a gangster menatality as they would be is one of the few things that I've seen Obama do in the last while that I really approve of him over.
Where were you when GWB wouldn't let Gonzalez testify when it became evident to the world that the thumpers were in charge fo the Justice department and were stackiing Federal District Courts with little Falwells from Liberty U. and Regents Law?
By declaring executive privilege Obama admits he was involved in fast and furious. The question is what did he know and when did he know it. This is a case where the cover up is not going to be a bigger crime than the original. At least 2 American were killed because of fast and furious along with probably 100s of Mexicans. All to further their [Obama/Holder] gun control measurer. Obama and Holder could be executed for this.

Did I forget those quotatation marks??
"There’s been a tendency of this administration to try to hide behind
executive privilege every time there’s something a little shaky that’s
taking place. And I think the administration would be best served by
coming clean on this. " - Barack Obama

If it were just some low level guy, why would Barack feel the need to invoke his EP? That should only be used for himself. No...this thing goes high. And no matter who had this program going in the past, Obama is the current president and he presided over the deaths of one Border patrol agent and at least 300 mexican people.
We'll see where this goes...but I'm bettting it is much bigger than you seem to think it is.
AFA past POTUS's using EP, I've never been for it....I think it upsets the balance of power in DC and goes against the constitution. Did I speak against it here? Probably not....but A) thats politics and B) this is much more serious as innocent lives were directly lost.
Time for you people to realize what is really behind this nonsense! Force yourselves to watch, and for once in your lives, understand, the Republicans are on a path of distruction, not of the President, but their own party is going to go down in flames, because of their greedy, crooked obstructionism! The people are watching, this is not going to end well for the GOP.
If Obama could pin this on Bush he would NOT invoke executive privilage...period. Holder lied about fast and furious from the git go and if Obama didn`t love him so much he`d be half way in the pen right now. This was all about "Gun control" the Black guy betwen the 2 white women said just that `a AFT agent testified that GUN CONTROL would`ve stopped this, but Chairman Issa stopped him and said that it was irreverant to the hearing` See!!! the agent was trying to divine "gun control" out of the fast and furious program, the black guy in your clip said so!!
This is about the Obama justice department arming the mexican drug lords and the death of 100s of innocent people.
No less than I would expect from ewe people! "Fast and Furious", was originally "Line Backer", but of course, that doesn't matter to you, does it? The main objective here is to defeat the "n----r" in your White House. Some bad news here, the American people DON'T CARE ABOUT THE REPUBLICAN WITCHHUNT, they care about jobs and the economy, something the Repbulicans have shown little interest in. GOP will feel the wrath, in November.
BA, Romney, would be nothing more than George W. Bush, warmed over, you couldn't have picked a worse candidate.
