Obama paid russian spy 1 million dollars

To dig up dirt on Trump and his team. What say you Adam Schiff and do nothing Nancy.

Stephan Halper, the longtime CIA and FBI operative who conducted espionage on the 2016 Trump campaign, was feeding information to Washington Post reporter David Ignatius through his handler, according to The Federalist, which describes his actions as "more evidence that the intelligence community has co-opted the press to push anti-Trump conspiracy theories."

According to a court filing by Michael Flynn's defense team, Halper's 'handler' in the Office of Net Assessment (ONA), Col. James Baker, "regularly lunched with the Washington Post reporter."

As we noted in May of 2018, Halper was paid over $1 million by the Obama administration through the Office of Net Assessment - nearly half of which came during 'Russiagate' - in which he not only surveilled multiple Trump campaign aides, he was involved in an effort to tie General Flynn to a Russian academic, Svetlana Lokhova, as part of a smear campaign.

Flynn team, running out of time and options re-cycling cowsxxt that’s made a full circle through the investigative and judicial process. I suppose encouraged by the “who you gonna believe besides your lying eyes?” position of a little over half of the U S Senators.

Tell you what bruce, put some real meat behind your yapping.  I bet you $500 he is exonerated by evidence of FBI malfeasance.

Or are you just going to keep yapping like a little chihuahua?

Remember all of the nasty things you said about Devin Nunes? Well we know the FBI was as crooked as it could get under Obama/Comey. Makes sense they did the same to Flynn. Yet you call Trump dictator and say there will be no more elections.

The FISA court officially acknowledged Thursday that the FBI submitted false information when obtaining warrants to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Therefore, the FISA warrants that were issued are invalid.

2 out of 4 by a radically politicized Department.

What would this change?

It’s Barr throwing in a bone that he thinks might slow down the gears.

No surprise it’s not deemed newsworthy outside of the winger press.

Maybe if Barr could figure out a way to charge somebody with something without going through conventional channels. God knows he and the authoritarianism boosters are itching to. Might be awkward in light of the Impeachment and the Senate trial  which technically have  nothing to do with the ‘16 election.

Well according to you the nation owes G Gordon Liddy and the Nixon family an apology. Nixon did nothing on the scale of Obama.

How many years out of 8 did Obama have a GOP House majority that could have impeached him at any time?

Maybe redo the Succession of 1860 and ask the Republic to retroactively stand down?

Takes time to do impeachment right. Who knew Obama was such a crook at the time? Trump did the right thing when he fired Comey. He also did the right thing when he ask the Ukraine to investigate Obama/Biden corruption.

"In the order, Judge Sullivan cited a 1995 D.C. Court of Appeals decision that sets a high standard in order for a defendant to withdraw a plea. The 1995 ruling states that a defendant must show “either an error in the taking of his plea or some more substantial reason he failed to press his case rather than plead guilty.”

The appellate court said it would be “extremely reluctant” to overrule a trial judge who denied a defendant’s withdrawing a guilty plea unless a defendant can prove the judge made a mistake.

A defendant “has to shoulder an extremely heavy burden if he is ultimately to prevail” the Court of Appeals wrote."
