You have to wonder exactly what was Obama's strategy in that part of the world.  Turning a fairly stable libya into a mess,  supporting a civil war in syria (with weapons shipped from libya), while helping out the iranians who were helping out the Assad in Syria.  Sometimes helping ISIS in syria, while trying to chase them out of Iraq.  Supporting like 3.5 of 6 sides there. The whole thing was such a *****.   What was he trying to accomplish? 

It appeared as if chaos was the goal.
