We happened to fly on the inaugural flight of Air Canada's first Lougheed 1011 in March of 1973.

We still have the souvenier glasses that they served us champagne in.

We had our firstborn with us, 4 months old, so since the very large plane was not full the Stewardess offered us a chance to move into first class seats so we had more room with the little one.
