Re: Oh no. Must be fake news

(3 million more votes would be a win in the election to ration thinkers.)

Those 3 million more votes and a subscription to Microsoft Publisher would get Hillary the ability to write her own newsletter on, "How to destroy classified & sensitive government information, with a hammer & bleach bit, and get away with it".

The so-called popular vote was not the one that candidate Trump was campaigning for.  If it was announced in January of 2016 that "the electoral college won`t count...so candidates only campaign for popular votes" that would`ve utilized a DIFFERENT strategy to win the presidency.  To whine about "popular votes" now is just sour grapes and spilled milk and makes the complainer look very small and petty.

Most or even more of those "3 million " votes were probably names of dead voters and illegal invaders.

Re: Oh no. Must be fake news

It's just good to have you as proof that progressives can not accept the results of the election. Trump won. Hillary lost. Next election the progressives might actually realize to have to campaign in all 50 states. Had Hillary done that she could very well be president now. She was so conceited she "just believed" the people of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan would vote for her if she campaigned there or not. She was wrong. Those states all voted for Trump. It cost her the election because she thought the people of those states didn't matter. Now according to your "beliefs" those people don't matter and their and support should not be needed. All any candidate needs to do is please the people of the large states. The small states are filled with ignorant rednecks and should just be flown over to get to the large states and then promise then great benefits funded by the small states.

To whine about "popular votes"

Who is whining ?

And why does it bother you so much when the fact that 3 million more voters wanted Clinton?

It must really be a ticklish spot for those who get all out of joint when the facts are pointed out.

Re: Oh no. Must be fake news

The rules of the 2016 and PAST presidential elections has been that the one with the majority of elector votes wins.   That was the rules that all the candidates KNEW they would adhere to in the 2016 election, to now say "if the dog didn`t take a crap he would`ve caught the rabbit" is inconsequential after the fact....it`s like saying "maybe I lost playing poker...but boy, if we had been playing Gin Rummy, I would`ve won!"   ...well maybe, we don`t know that, because we were playing poker NOT Gin Rummy and if the other player prepared to play Gin Rummy he might`ve won that game as well.

39% of the eligible voters didn`t even participate in the election, so technically no one won the majority of the popular vote.   39% didn`t irrationally hate Trump so badly that they made the effort to vote AGAINST him.  Trump played by the rules that were agreed upon BEFORE the campaign and he won period, end of discussion.

You're whining. Must really burn you up. Clinton got 3,000,000 more votes and lost the election. Is this a great country or what? HEE HEE HEE.

Re: Oh no. Must be fake news

I am left wondering why you all line to argue about something I never said.

Maybe it is guilt over the fact that your president was selected after coming up 3 million votes short of his opponent but you should at least note that no where did I whine or say anything different. I just pointed out the fact that Clinton got more votes. 3 Million more.  Why does that bother you so much if you think the system is the best way to select your president?

Re: Oh no. Must be fake news

So then you recognize that President Trump did win the US election in 2016 fair & square?   Good!

Bother us. Who said it bothers us. Trump won the election. Hillary lost. End of story. Unless of course you "just believe"......
