Re: Old saying bidenized

Hi John - your first post took me back for a second.   I would’ve gone to the computer so I could verify who the post was for.

Glad to see your still posting here on Ag Online.    I’m still involved with the fellows that bought my farm over there.   Last week, they broke the hitch on the IH4786 they bought at my auction.   They are getting really, really hard to come by.   When I was still farming we had broken it, and I had a new one made up.   That was in 2007 - so it lasted quite a while.   They ended up welding it using an X-ray machine to get the machine back in the field.   It’s the only tractor they have that pulls the 50 foot field cultivator.

Other than that, it’s really, really dry here.   A lot of the corn is out of the ground.    The top few inches are bone dry - but there is still moisture below, even in our sands.   But, I hope we get a drink soon.   Take care!

Re: Old saying bidenized

My crops these days are by rows - 12 rows of (sweet) corn - Syngenta BC0805 of course - 4 rows of beans.   12 hills of watermelon.   30 feet of tomatoes grown on 4 foot tall hog panels, etc.

My “crops” look great.   I’m glad I don’t have to rely on a store to get my vegetable and fruit plants though - they look pretty tough this year at the stores.    We grow everything from seed in my grow tent.   Really works good to get plants up and growing.   I need to get my greenhouse finished though.   But, I still gave finishing to do on my house project.

Speaking of which, I had to go to Menards yesterday and get a couple of 5/4 cedar decking boards.  5 1/2 inches wide - 16 feet long.    I was absolutely shocked when I saw the bill for 150.30.   I joked with the guy and said, “Was this for BOTH of them?”   My next reply was, “Holy shi-!!!!”

Re: Old saying bidenized

I haven’t seen you on here bitching about $16.00 beans and $6.00 corn though, have I?

Markets go up - markets go down.    I didn’t need to buy these boards right now - but I want to get my building addition done.   If I hadn’t built my addition when I did - I wouldn't be building it now - which means that project of mine would’ve never been done.   At 65 I’m too old to be building this addition by myself.   By the time lumber comes back down, my age would have really started to work against me.   I made the right choice, to build when I did.   I have a “great” addition to my house now, that I’ll be able to enjoy for a long time.

Yes, I give senile joe credit for not bidenizing Trump's grain prices; Trump increased grain prices w/o raising lumber, fuel, etc. prices, senile joe bidenized them aka as carterizing them.

Re: Old saying bidenized

Trump increased grain prices - what a fkin joke.   Seems to me, grain prices started going up, when people realized your Bass Tards war on trade was probably going to be coming to an end, when President Biden took office.

Trump had 4 years to increase grain prices - all they did was go lower as no one in the world wanted to do any business with the son of a bitch you elected.   And all of America, got to funnel their hard earned money to the “poor” farmers, because boo hoo - nobody would trade with Trump and his America First BS.    Much of what has happened comes all back to your Bass tard Trump, and his “I know better than anyone” crap.    Your Bass tard Trump is nothing but the liar and swindler he was packaged as before he was elected - and he certainly lived up to his billing.

bidenized

Not really fair to say * had much to do with anything but choosing his pudding flavor, but since he is the face they choose to install, we'll call it bidenized economy.  I've even seen gas stations on ohio out of gas and limiting purchases.
