I think Sarah is just enjoying poking the liberals in the eye, can`t see how she`d want to take the pay cut by going to the whitehouse.   The thing is, Sarah suffers from the "you never get a second chance to make a first impression"  SNL, Jon Stewart etalhave a schtick on her, the Bruces and Nox`s got the "Quitter Quitter Quitter" and "Bat ### crazy Bat S### crazy" deal going.   A little constructive criticism, Sarah has thin skin and doesn`t handle the liberal jabs well.  Ol` Reagan would just tilt his head with a twinkle in his eye and say "Well...there you go again" and have a handy one liner, the liberals just didn`t know what to do with him 🙂  but nothing rattled ol` Reagan.

I`m reminded of Fred Thompson, the first impression of him was that he was "lazy", it wasn`t deserved, but it stuck and cooked his goose as far as politics.

I saw Fred Thompson in the debates and what stuck out with him was that he was not up for prime time. I think his hot trophy wife pushed him out of his comfort zone as an actor. Fred Thompson , playing a politicina, and then getting elected as a senator is a good barometer of how bad the judgement of voters in America is.

One name I notice that the author of the essay never mentions is Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Walker, or another republican governor NOT named Bush , Christie, Romney, or Palin is a more likely consensus choice for 2016.

Pretty sure that the 8 year disaster with a neophyte junior Senator with zero executive experience is not going to be repeated anytime soon, too.

All jokes aside. The same old people get marched out like a parade of suspects at the police station. These people have had their popularity assessed and they failed. They would be doing the country a favour by bowing out gracefully and taking an overseas posting for the retirement.

That old Huckabee has had more starts that the national anthem. He has nothing whatsoever to offer other than his silly god. Palin is a serial offender at elections and should stick to skinning moose. Cruz is your best bet.
