Now that girls are reaching puberty at younger ages- owing to chemicals in the environment- I suppose parents could start arranging to sell them off for dowries to well established older men at 13 or so.

But it is probably like not breeding a heifer on her first heat.

Nationally, one of the surprises of the 2020 election was that the gender gap actually bounced back in a bit toward the GOP.

My take is probably fear over racial discord.

It is almost like some folks think they know the outcome of the election already.

Well, it`s like California, they voted to recall Newsom, spent $300 million to hold an election then vote 2 to 1 to keep him.  

I suppose the G0P will do well in the midterms, but they`ll take the blame for Biden`s economy going to sh-t and lose the 2024 big dance.  

What it boils down to is the solutions to the problems that this country has can not generate more than 40% of the electorate.  An optimist would say "That`s great! The country is waking up, in 1992 Ross Perot only received 19% of the vote".
