One thing that can be depended on is the Trump friendly press organs having considerable difficulty in restraining themselves.
Sure is going to be fun watching you guys totally melt down with this fails again..

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
No one is surprised. Everyone knew this would happen when the dems took the house. 100% impeachment 100% of the time.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
Trying to understand what it is that you are referring to that “has failed before”.
Please advise.

Couldn’t have been all the time. Somehow they managed to address over 400 pieces of legislation and send them over to the Senate.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
This isn't about justice, this is nothing but chess. No time for the people's business. Nothing on health care, border security, or the USMCA. 100% impeachment 100% of the time. From day when when Rashida Tlaib said we're going to impeach the MFer. She had no idea why just that they were going to do it. A chess move.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
Stock up on whatever it is that sustains you. This is going to be a long slog
Opens up avenues to all sorts of newbie testimony. More subpeonas and considerably more involvement by courts.
I just saw that some court just ordered Denison to release his financial records to the House and that he’s asking the SCOTUS to rule on that
And appears that the Mueller notes and research info is going to be a part of it
As for chess, a stalemate isn’t always a discouraging result A long process in the House also gives Senate Republicans time to get their ducks in a row as they will be privy to all of the same information
I’ll be suprised if the articles get over to the Senate by April or May.
i suppose we can expect a good Govt shutdown/budget showdown before then. Which will be a good preliminary test of GOP support in The Senate.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
What are they going to do between now and April? This has nothing to do with justice or the Constitution. This is all about the 20 election. Chess. You said so yourself.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
They could put it on the big screen. That’d be sorta cool.
Since realizing today that this may eventually get to the Senatei’ve been trying to picture who among the GOP Senators will be chosen to be the witness driller in chief.
I know you’re new to the party after years of working hard for Libertarian Party but you’ve probably got enough time in to qualify for making a suggestion. I dang to near get the giggles when I envision half of them.

Re: Pelosi pulls trigger
More proof impeachment has nothing to do with justice, just a chess move by the leftys. Using the federal government against their political enemies.
