Is, we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it, no longer applicable in congress??

Re: Plan

Lol...and to hear the dems, the economy is on life support. Why are they so worried about 5 billion that we haven't paid and wont pay. But none the less, they should be demanding we build the wall....https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/79039-clyburn-weve-got-to-spend-our-way-out-of-thi...

Re: Plan

Are you still going with the idea that Mexico is going to write a check for the wall? Or the even bigger fairy tale that they will be indirectly paying through the tariffs? On the last one, is trump going to give the money that comes in from the tariff back to the taxpayers to reimburse them for the money used to build the wall?? Is that logical mr great at logic?

Re: Plan

Bart, I've showed you several times why Mexico will pay for the wall.   If you can't grasp the concept, I can't make you.... But since im not busy at the moment.

1.  The wall has already started being built.

2.  No one is paying for the wall until after completion.

3.  Once built, the drug and human trafficking business are severly impeded.  But yeah, I remember K123 showing us how walls dont work because prisons....lol.   I'm sure he's going to come back any day and prove how many people openly cross the prison walls daily, and how the mules pack back packs, cars and semi's full of dope across the wall and not just what they can squeeze in a baloon up their butt.

Will some be hidden in hub caps and floor boards crossing at ports of entry?  Sure.  But the amount there vs packed vehicles crossing an open boarder is significantly less already.   Then add in a border Patrol and a DEA that can focus man power on ports of entry?  Game over.

4. Mexico has a narcoeconomy.  Once that economy is disrupted, and NAFTA withdrawn as the POTUS has already hinted at numerous times, Mexico's economy will implode.  Who's fault?  Their own for allowing the cartels free reign to use them as a stagging area to target our youth with their poison.  But will they be given a second chance at trading in the world's best economy?  For a price.  It's going to require them to build clean industries, and pay for the newly erected wall.

But yeah...orange man bad is so much easier to repeat.

Re: Plan

So how does Mexico pay us for the wall?? Is the tax morning bring used to pay for wall going to be replaced with s check from Mexico? If their economy is destroyed how are they going to pay. Most of the drugs are not brought in by mules.
“According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection statistics, 90 percent of heroin seized along the border, 88 percent of cocaine, 87 percent of methamphetamine, and 80 percent of fentanyl in the first 11 months of the 2018 fiscal year was caught trying to be smuggled in at legal crossing points.”

Re: Plan

Democrats for a while made the argument that "$5 billion is a lot of money"....yeah with  straight faces.  So far the shutdown cost more than $5 billion and rising.  Why doesn`t Nancy & dumb Chuck publicly offer Trump $3 billion for the wall (meet him over half way) to open the government then if Trump turned that down, I could see that it would more be the President`s fault.

The Democrats, at this point want the shutdown to continue, there is no question.
