Just like some people want broke farmers to stay broke, the republican zeolots want shamed monica to stay shamed. A broken and depressed young woman to remain scourged and villified for all eternity. Such is the pleasure of the republican right that never privided equal treatment to those on their own side that fell from grace.

Joe Scarborough this morning chose totake Monica side. Time to get rid of the beret and stained blue dress and then he breaks into a five minute tirade about how dispicable Bill Clinton was back in the 90's. Alledged rapes and all that crap.

Monica was not raped. She was a 22 year old woman engaged in consentual activity with an older man. Do you think your 22 year old daughter could fall in love with Bill clinton? Or your 40 year old wife? Bad judgement to be sure but hardly worthy of recriminations forever. And even today they are trying to hang some of that guilt on Hillary. What would be the purpose of that?

Bill Clinton would knock the socks off of Joe Scarborough in most any public opinion poll. What great mark has Joe Scarborough ever mad on this country. A blowhard nothing with a microphone and no ideas. But then I hear his name being bandied for the presidency as if that would ever happen.

Although I've always suspected that the whole thing was a brilliant Wag the Dog strategy to deflect interest away from a lot of real stuff in the Clinton/Bush organized crime family closet.

People love a sex scandal, they just eat that stuff up.

I can just see Carville telling him, "ya know its going to be embarassing but in the end they aren't going to convict you over a blow job. And when it's over you're innoculated for life."

So yeah, I'd say poor Monica. I think that one way or the other she was a pawn in a very big game.

I think she was a very friendly young woman that got carried away with her hormones and access to a very charming powerful man. The temptation was too great for either one of them.

Probably not the best of judgement but hardly a criminal act that demands perpetual reprisal. She does deserve a life after the errors of youth. Nobody deserves a life sentence for the sins of ones youth.

Those that continue her damnation and depression are not the forgiving people they pretend to be.

On a CNN show I watched last night, they were discussing Monica and they all felt sorry for her and said she was treated unfairly then & now but that she had brought it on herself.

They never once mentioned the POS slimeball that was having sex with her, this POS was in what is called the most powerful position in the world.  It's still surprising to me how the liberal media, liberals on here & liberals in general still idolize this slimeball.

Well Ed You did impeach Clinton and had hundreds of millions spent on his trial and you failed. Do you want another shot at him? Of all thie things that jhave been said about the clintons and all the assumptions of guilt of this matter or that, You failed.

Your evidence was not persuasive and the general public determined that you went too far. That your impeachment was an overreaction for political purposes. You did every think to make Jimmy Carter non production. You were at war for 8 years against Bill Clinton and Hillary and 6year attack on Barack Obama & Michelle. You don't need a good reason just hate will surfice.

AS it is Bill Clinton is one of the most beloved expresidents as is Jimmy Carter. THe american people have admired President Clinton in spite of his foibles and flaws. You lost that battle along time ago but you don't realize it yet. America has moved on. Evidently they believe in forgiveness and redemption. If you were a christian, you might agree. As it is you will continue to wade in that swamp and nothing i say will change that.
