Of far greater concern would seem to be his penchant for having unprotected trysts with sex workers- perhaps dozens of them over the course of their marriage. Presumably she has long ago moved to protect her own health. I suppose they probably did a natural consummation for their union to produce the requisite trophy insurance/anchor baby but I suppose it is possible the the deal called for artificial insemination for the right to have her make appearances on his arm and make him look like a stud.
