Portable morgues to Idaho, good for the GDP

No more room in Idaho for all the bodies.  Maybe Idaho isn't like New York last year or Texas in August but it amounts to the same thing, too many people needlessly dying.

The one good thing, burials all count toward the GDP.

There is no question that cases are higher in low vax areas (on average, yeah buhwhatabout!) and hospitalizations and deaths much.

Although in fairness, the almost certain greater disregard for other public health measures is a significant comorbidity.
