Re: Posting pictures on an Apple

So that is why it does not work for me.

Re: Posting pictures

I could only get it to work if the photos were already posted to the web somewhere. I used facebook for the fish picture. And yes the fish is out of my pond and 10 inches long. Have a few that go just over 11.

Could be that you are really Alex Jones and are being shadow banned?  🙂

Re: Posting pictures on an Apple IMac

bart, what I did to post the pic was right click on image in Facebook then 'open link in new window' or tab then I was able to copy from there.

However when I tried to replicate it for this post I found it did not open the same but rather opened a new window for Facebook so there are some 'gremlins' in the process BUT this picture finally did open as only a pic  and I was able to right click it and copy then paste it here.

Will try some more some day and see if it can be done consistently.

Re: Posting pictures on an Apple IMac

1 more step needed. After you get the new window with facebook and the image up then you can right click and open in a new window which allows you to then copy and paste to this thread

Image may contain: plant, tree, sky, outdoor, text and nature

Re: Posting pictures

Bart, are you using a trackpad or a standard Apple single-button mouse? If so, I've found that you use the combination of Control + mouse click to get to the submenu that gives you (at least me) the options of saving the image, opening in a new page, or copying it, etc. I don't see where you've mentioned trying this step, so give it a try.
