Hey Canuck, if a young man and woman want to do what`s best for their health and future, they will both get married as virgins and remain faithfull through their married lives. I know I`m a hypocrite, but speaking from experience that`s the advice you would give young friends if you really care about them. A 15 yr old gal and 30 something drivers ed teacher at my school "let nature take it`s course" and for those couple hours of joy they`ve had 30 years of struggles. A virgin guy in college jumped on the campus rounder and for 10 min....no in his case 1 1/2 min 
he contracted some kind of herpes wienny rot that he has to be on medication for life. Plus when he has outbreaks he and his wife can`t shag....there but the Grace of God. You can say what you will of the predominately Judeo-Christian nation of America, but no one wants to leave, too many want in and when there`s a disaster in the world, we`re the main if not the only ones on the scene to help. Christian principles work every time they`re tried.
