  Most of the US is essentially right back where it was fifty years ago, with abortion illegal, illegal abortions will be the norm, and poor women caught in the bind.  It might not be quite as bad because illegal chemical abortions will be marginally easier to access but there will still be plenty of women who will be forced to undergo illegal abortions or carry children against their will and better judgment.

   I predict that this time it will be the women who will come to view the government as overtly hostile to their interests and wellbeing.  They will be the ones who take up arms and overthrow the government by force.  Remember, women also have a Constitutional right to bear arms and use them against tyrants.

Possible Sam that an adult woman armed could stop any rapist but a 10 year old girl would probably either shoot her self or a member of her family

No, a abortion is an abortion.  My position was always like Bush #41`s "abortion in cases of rape incest or mother`s life endangered".   I wouldn`t say in those three cases that it isn`t an abortion, only that in my opinion that it could be justified.  Perhaps that position will require me to answer to God one day, but I believe that in a world full of sin and sickness that is the best that we mere mortals can do. 

I think states will come around to at least those 3 criteria.  A potential problem may be a raise in mislabeled rape cases, where a woman has consensual sex but not wanting to have the baby will throw her one night stand partner under the bus in order to abort it.   Men will have to think about that if the 3 minutes of fun is worth possibly going to the klink if she turns out to be a wench and the hookup goes south.

Sounds like the rapist more or less was a member of the family.  My daughter's could shot at 10 btw.
