Probably called racist to say anything
http://www.11alive.com/news/article/222786/40/text
It's just one of life's ironies. While the reporter talks about the MLK eternal flame it blacks out.

Please don't wet yourself trying to look smart. As I said, "It's just one of life's ironies."

But did it make you happy?? Answer the question and don't try to sound profound--you aren't!

Re: Probably called racist to say anything
Did it make me happy? No. Just as I said, it was ironic. Life is funny. Reverend King was an interesting man and it's too bad black Americans decided to ignore his teaching. He had his faults but then it seems every leader has feet of clay in some area.
When people are right about something they are right, even if they are on the left.
It wouldn't matter who's eternal flame went out, it would be ironic if it did it just as the camera and reporter draw attention to it. The eternal flame, poof. So much for eternal.
