    Meanwhile, here the NY GOP legislators are bringing a court case against the state government trying to prevent the state from lowering the overtime threshold to below 60 hrs per week for farm workers.  Here you can legally work a farmworker for 60 hrs per week before you have to pay overtime (aka 1&1/2).   You can't believe the political pressure the megafarms are putting on the republicans to stop paying farmworkers that extra 17% even when it's phased in over 4 years.
