Quite a condemnation of human behavior

I was looking for something else and just happened upon it.

https://www.post-gazette.com/local/city/2021/04/16/COVID-19-nursing-home-staff-declined-vaccination/...I

In PA, a year into the pandemic and only 53% of nursing home staff & 79% of residents vaccinated, after 14,000 nursing home deaths.  Worse yet, some homes reported data with over 100% vaccination without explanation, and these results are very different from the CDC's survey.

I doubt if the statistics are any better in other states and I suspect that most states are still undercounting & unreporting nursing home deaths.  Take Florida, for instance, they've got almost as many nursing home residents as PA or NY and have reported less than 1/3 of the deaths.  It's hard to believe, given DeSantis's policies they did so much better.

Told ya. The largest group to refuse the vaccine is health care workers.

Since IN is #1 in nursing home deaths does that mean we’re honest?

Did they ask how many refused that had already had the plague?

Re: IN honest?

Maybe, at least more honest which compared to DeSantis, may not be saying much.

DeSantis is naturally rising to the top of the dirtbag wing of the GQP.

Re: "Already had the plague"?

Even trump got vaccinated after he "already had the plague", in secret no less.  Why do you suppose he did that?

And Fredo's brother said he would never allow an untested vaccine in his state. Is New York administering the J&J vaccine at this time? There is plenty of supply. All he has to do is issue an EO saying every health care worker must get the vaccine or be fired.

The findings of the authors suggest that infection and the development of an antibody response provides protection similar to or even better than currently used SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.
