Yea, it's a dopey or -one horse pony- type of comparison. Kinda difficult to hold the Nuremburg trials before WW II and of course the U.S.ofA.'s Constitution didn't come into play.  Guess they could of kept WW II going for several more years for the purpose of these trials - if they were using NQX logic.
