The mortgage thing is nothing more than window dressing and an attempt to pander to the housing advocacy crowd. Won't get much if any participation and won't help anybody out much and will take a long time to set up. And that situation absolutely HAS TOO wash out on it's own. Too random, too scattered and most importantly too diverse in nature across value levels.
What it will do is further expose the chain of document possession fiasco, which would be a good thing.
And as you prove here, the Santinelli response is all that will come from the right.
