if I was you, I would take a hard look at your posts from the last few days and think about how they are going to weather the test of time.

I believe the very first time I was involved in a discussion on Big Tech moves on participants and contributors I firmly expressed skepticism and disapproval.

Anything said after that referred to the effects of how far it was being taken, once that horse got out of the barn.

I was also blocked. I found the definition of why this happens. It's not news. You can find anything here and even get recommendations on what to do next. When creating pictures, make sure that the amount of text does not exceed 20% of the total image area. If it's more than that, they won't block your account, but they will either keep your ad out of your site or show it to worse effect on your users. Facebook has a tool for estimating the amount of text in a picture. Use it https://www.imaginated.com/social-media/what-is-facebook-jail/. It has not always helped me, but part of the time, I got banned for text in the image.
