Did you read it? It was about American elites/oligarchs/moguls/whatever you want to call them. It wasn't about Greece or Cyprus, other than breif mention in the prelude. Soros gets alot of play on the NC site, which is more of a digest sort of website, not unlike Drudge. He wouldn't have qualified for mention in this particular commentary based on what the subject was.
Not defending Soros or his activites. Just pointing out that he was an orange to the basket of apples being discussed in the article.
