The 'West' seems to be getting involved in a war in Iraq and Syria based partly on ISIS beheading a few people.

So why does the media not point out how many people have been beheaded in Saudi Arabia??

I think there have been around 50 people beheaded in that country so far this year.

Well, I`m not making this argument but those beheaded in Saudi were convicted criminals, NOT journalists and Christians that wouldn`t convert.

So what is the difference in the rulers of Saudi Arabia beheading people?

Why is there not an outcry about that from the media?

It goes on all the time in other areas too.

Lots of coverage over a few hundred people killed in a plane crash in Europe or North America but almost total disregard of the thousands killed by a virus in Africa or the hudreds of thousands killed in a war in Africa but lots of coverage of a few hundred killed in a war in Europe.

Why does media and those in government ignore parts of the world while beating the drums about less death in other places?

I have no idea. They are no different than ISIS and export terrorism all over the world. Yet we sell them military hardware. Stupid.

Last month alone SA beheaded 17 people. One of them because it was thought she was a witch, but actually a victim of schizophrenia.  I guess that's ok with you ??
