Kind of sad that when likely hundreds of people have been killed in this storm and millions others severely impacted your dear leader has to quibble over what was probably just a mis speak.

Couldn’t be signed. The agency hasn’t had an administrator for months. Members of both parties in Congress have severe misgivings over the nominee.

Why didn't the national weather service warn the people in the Bahamas that Dorian was going to go directly over them and then stall there for 36+ hours with over 130MPH winds?

That Trump wasn't briefed on Dorian impacting Alabama. Which btw CNN had labeled as Mississippi.
