This is a lame and biased article to show a real and dangerous problem in Okalhoma. There's bound to be a better source to show the real and apparent problem. It is obvious there is a problem, but articles like this do not help. Look for another more realistic view and post that.

Every single Republican run state is doing everything in their power to unravel the public school system, KNAPPer. This bill looks to me like what they all are doing, crucify the teachers, to save their campaign donors tax exemptions.
