So is Trump once again crazy like a fox?
Like doing the hour long infomercial for Trump Steaks in his victory speech on Tuesday.
He had to know that holding a white supremacist rally at UICC, a highly diverse place with a strong civil rights history, was going to provoke some response.
A modest equivalent of when the Klan wanted to march in Skokie. Which, if I recall, the courts found to be protected free speech under the first amendment. But I think it has also been found to be protected free speech for protesters to show up and heckle them.
My guess it was calculated to get his crowd even more stirred up before this Tuesday, and it probably worked.
As has been said elsewhere, he's not Hitler, he's Mussolini- a crafty authoritarian populist shape shifter, with a touch of comedy in the whole thing.
There wasn't anything funny about Adolf even if Charlie Chaplin tried.

This was organized by moveon.org. This is Bernie's revolution. If Bernie doesn't condem this it is only the begining.

I'm not aware of anything they did that was illegal.
First amendment protected free speech.
El Donaldo's encouragement of violence is borderline, at best.

The courts have ruled that The Klan can march where they'd like and they've ruled that people can mount counter demonstrations.
First amendment, although I can imagine that if a case surrounding something like this had made it to the supreme court that Scalia could have mounted an elegant argument for one, but not the other.

ISIS is into that apocalyptic stuff too.
Think I'll pass and try to see peace and justice done, as no one but The Father knows the time.
But if I was going to cast an anti-christ for the movie........

Re: So is Trump once again crazy like a fox?
Spent a few minutes this morning with my (and Red's) U.S. Congressman. Among the matters we quickly discussed, I asked him If his House counterparts representing the GOP were concerned over the Trump campaign and how it might affect their party. He looked straight ahead and said, essentially, "people have no idea how rattled they are.".

Re: So is Trump once again crazy like a fox?
So Trump is like the FBI and performing a "Abscam" on those sub-human savages, who apparently can`t control their violent tenancies? Well, good! Now maybe even the blind will see.
Truth be told as far as this country has fallen in just the last 7 years, it`ll take a basterd worst than hitler to straighten it out. Too bad really, if fricken Rubio would`ve just totally disavowed his Gang of 8 sins, maybe he`d be the GOP frontrunner.
Caught a little of Michael Feldman`s Whadda Know? and he had some jerk lib that is the head honcho of the Veep show and he was running down Trump a blue streak, stupid fool.

YesYes, I agree. Those savages at the trump rallies need to be locked away. I mean just look at the savage creep in the cowboy hat that sucker punched the black protester that the police were escorting out of the stadium a couple of days ago. Pure cowardly savage attacked the kid without warning and then said I guess next time we will have to kill the N****r! Yes, sir round them up and arrest every one of the no good low bred idiots!!!

They were absolutely within their rights to obtain the tickets that were offered.
Apparently there were some fisticuffs that broke out but given recent history you have to assume that it was Trump supporters who threw most of the first ones, or started calling people things they deserved to be punched for. That's the way its been going for months.
And they did not disrupt El Donaldo's rally- he chose not to speak to an audience that contained people not friendly to him.
BTW on the commie angle- one of the few ways that actual leftist movements gain traction in civil societies is when Good People are afraid to denounce fascists and the leftists are the only ones who will stand up.
