But the righties, of which you are one, have been saying that same sex marriage is going to destroy traditional marriage. SOOOO, I was just wondering whether it is coming true where you live. I don't know that traditional marriage has been in trouble or whatever. People now realize that they don't have to stay in a marriage that doesn't, is abusive or whatever because the church or their parents or anyone says they should work harder at it. BUT the question still is what evidence do you see in podunk county that gays getting married is wrecking those "traditional" marriages?

The focus of your argument is around the word "progressive".  The other parts are just your opinion.  Your interpretation of progressive is as opposite to its true meaning as your opposition to gays.
