Just curious, did they actually confirm/verify a victim, and what date/century it allegedly happened?
It sounds to me like the continuation of smear tactics. Likely no way to prove it is true or false. Presumption of innocence.
At least you got that right. No need for an investigation. They just know it's true. Even though the victim has no such memory of the incident. Well, time to impeach.
