Carlson claims, "The Biden administration is spying on us".
NPR reported in September that Fox News’ own lawyers successfully argued against a slander accusation by Karen McDougal because “Tucker Carlson Tonight” is “a commentary show” and viewers cannot literally believe everything he says
The “’general tenor’ of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not ‘stating actual facts’ about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in ‘exaggeration’ and ‘non-literal commentary,” U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil wrote in her opinion. “Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism about the statements he makes.”
Re: Spying, continued
My guess is that he was “spyed on” because he was in communication with Russian agents.
Who also later “alerted” him.
Like dumkopf Flynn who didn’t pause to think that back channel calls with Russians would be monitored.
