I don`t get my informed conclusions from Rush, it`s just he and I match up fairly good. Occassionally we disagree, like on Ross Perot, I voted for him both times he ran, Rush called him a "hand grenade with a haircut"...Rush was wrong. Rush agreed with Bill Clinton about NAFTA being good, I was right and Rush was wrong, fact he was on the same side as Clinton should`ve been his first clue. Rush supported attacking Iraq, I oppossed due to the lack of evidence...once more, I was right and $3 Trillion later Rush was wrong. So, he doesn`t always listen to me, too bad, his 99% proven right rating would be even higher 🙂
I do not judge Rush for his drug use, because he sought help and quit and was in a terrible amount of pain with his ear deal. I once had a unbearable amount of pain once, it turned out to be an abcessed tooth but they could not figure it out, they put me in a MRI machine, gave me some of the Oxydone stuff and it just turned my butt numb, didn`t do anything for the incredible headache I had. All that helped was drinking cold water...then in the middle of night i noiticed a warm tooth. Got in the dentist and he drilled a small hole and INSTANT RELIEF!!!! all the drugs had no effect but that small hole stopped the pain.
After that I will not judge someone with pain, because I, myself was taken to the brink of pain...I couldn`t have survived one more day with that.
