I am about half and half. The good thing is real estate will never go to zero. Just tics you off to see the cash go up in smoke because of stupidity.

I think the boys with money decided it was time to get more stock at a more reasonable price. They start rumors (that's all it really takes) little guys start to panic and sell prices go down and then the money boys step and buy low!

The reason is because they are a bunch of gamblers and gamblers lose and win. We had a record high a week or so ago, now we have a low and Obama isn't responsible for either. Besides, he just loves Wall Street. The gamblers get the credit though. There is no gain without risk and there is plenty of both.

Go back to claiming he isn't a citizen or something equally unproductive.

The next election will probably set the long term stage. You think the Dem policy's are not the blame then I guess we will see if the Rep's win control and things turn around.
