Re: Thank You Kansas
How is Kansas doing exactly what the supreme court said was in the states domain giving the finger to the scotus? The scotus put the responsibility with the people of Kansas.

Re: Thank You Kansas
A woman’s right to chose should not have been left for a court to decide. It should be a universal right, in every state in this country, like it was. It is the poorest women, who will suffer the most from what the Supreme Court of this country has done.
Women of means will do what women of means have always done - FIND A SOLUTION. Those too poor and without the means otherwise, have been shackled by the Supreme Court.
And you Republican Bàstàrds fail to comprehend, the legacy of what exactly you Bàstàrds have accomplished. The final chapter has not been written - not by a long shot.

Re: Thank You Kansas
The final chapter has not been written because the scotus said it was up to the individual states. States like Kansas.

Re: Thank You Kansas
There wasn`t anything concrete in the Constitution that abortion could filed under, the 14th amendment "privacy" stuff is hinky at best. That is just the cold hard fact. I personally support abortion being legal in cases of rape incest and mother`s life endangered. Not everyone supports abortion even under those cases, yet probably over 80% of Americans do, so to enable that, the people of Kansas voted the way they had to.

It wasn't it was decided by the voters.

funny how reality is exactly the opposite of what she thinks it is. The decision that was overturned (ROE) WAS the court deciding what the law was.

Re: BA, I can assure you, ....
.... women don't give a damn what an old misogynist like you thinks. You and all the male chauvinists in the country like you are the last people in the world who should have any say in the matter. By your own admission, your opinion of women is about the same as the typical slave owner pre-Civil War.

I think a little woman in the womb deserves life. You on the other hand thinks a man with breast cancer is suddenly a woman.
