I don't feel the need but then I have been to Germany and don't feel it is a problem I need to worry about.  Many public restrooms in Germany have a Putzfrau who sits in the rest room to give you a towel to dry your hands after washing them and you tip them.  They also sit in the women's room and sometimes that is a man and not a woman.  They take care of the restroom.  They don't worry about it and and only you uptight so-called Christians worry about something like that.  Plenty of worse things to worry about than that.  There is nothing to stop any man from going into a women's RR and doing the dirty right now and they wouldn't even have to wear a dress to do it!!

Ha ..There`s "clean dirty" and "dirty dirt" cow manure and hog manure are clean, but some of these people are gross.  When I see a fancy gal with long fingernails, I`m kind of thinking how can she properly wipe her butt with those claws?   And people have gotten into this habit of licking their fingers in restaurants...what the hell is the deal with that???  They lick their damned fingers and touch the menu, go to the salad bar and slop around, what the hell?   think I`ll just go home and grill a steak.
