Re: The difficulty of retreat

I'm unaware of the austerian policies that have been enunciated by Trump.

If you guys wanted to run Brownback then I'd be a believer.

And, I might add, get seriously to work on how to get short the USA.

All you have to do is sell the dollar.

Re: The difficulty of retreat

Rotsa ruck on that.

Peter Schiff is now writing his screeds out of a Pontiac Aztek.

BTW, anybody might want to write this down. Throughout history the senior currency has always rallied during deflationary episodes.

Why would you short the usa?    No need if hillary gets elected.   Buy buy buy the MIC.

Re: The difficulty of retreat

I read what you said about Shiff and thought of all the pop-ups and free advice that comes with them and got something stuck in my head that I had read a few years back, but couldn't exactly recall when.

Came to me a bit ago and after some digging. From July 2012:

Re: The difficulty of retreat

Bruce thank you,,

Been my thought for a long time , computer modeling with unknown variables is a waist of time.  Unless you are pushing a program that needs fear to sell it.

Eventually computer science will be an obvious play on words for we will always be trying to bypass variables that are unknown.

Eventually the glorified calculator will be seen for what it is actually worth, but for now since most of the population has no idea, we think they are pretty special..
