There was certainly as much suppression as could be legally accomplished, but that isn't news. But with the exception of the zeroed out precincts in MI (which were probably "legal" and wouldn't have affected the outcome) I'm not aware of such allegations. Although throwing huge resources at stopping Jill Stein's recount (after HRC had conceded) did make it smell kinda funny.

And there's no way to know how many, if any, votes the well documented foreign activity accounted for.
