As long as birthright citizenship remains in force and isn't terminated retroactively, their children born here will be able to vote in 18 years.

But there's currently no viable path to citizenship for anyone who's entered the US illegally in recent years.

They can vote if they don't check the bock that says they can't when they apply for a driver license. The ballot will be mailed to them and a mule will pick it up.
